Recurring invoices: fees, maintenance and subscriptions that bill themselves
If you bill the same thing at regular intervals (maintenance, a membership fee, rent, a subscription), stop repeating it by hand. In Vectura Suite you choose the customer, what is billed and the day of the month, and each time the invoice is issued with its numbering, signed if your company uses Veri*Factu or TicketBAI, and emailed to your customer with the PDF.

What's included
Issued automatically on the day you choose
Every month, every 2, 3, 4 or 6 months, or every year, on the day of the month you prefer. If the month does not have that day (the 31st in February), it is issued on the last day of the month.
Sent by email with the PDF
The invoice reaches your customer as soon as it is issued, at the email on their record or at the addresses you specify, with the message you want. If something fails, the reason is noted and the administrators receive a notice.
The month and the year, in the text
Type “Cuota de {mes} {año}” and the invoice will read “Cuota de diciembre 2026”. Works with one or several lines, with discount and VAT.
The usual workflow
Each fee is just another invoice: it carries the sequential number of its series and, if your company uses Veri*Factu or TicketBAI, it is signed and reported.
No duplicates, no surprises
The same fee is never invoiced twice. And if it could not run on a given day, the overdue fee is issued just once, never several at once.
Pause, edit or issue now
Pause a recurring invoice and resume it (the fees that were skipped are not issued all at once), change it whenever you like, or press “Issue now” to produce an invoice immediately.
History and retries
On each recurring invoice you see the fees issued and how each one turned out. You can retry the one that failed or resend the one that did not reach your customer.
Collection by direct debit
Generate the SEPA batch with your customers' direct debit receipts (on the 15th and 30th, for example) and mark it as collected once the bank has collected it.
Frequently asked questions
What kinds of business is it for?
For anyone who bills the same thing regularly: maintenance, membership or homeowners' association fees, rentals, subscriptions, advisory or hosting services.
What time are the invoices issued?
On the day of the month you have chosen. The process runs every day from 7:00 in the morning and issues the invoices due that day.
What happens if my customer has no email or sending fails?
The reason is noted and the administrators receive an email notice. From the history you can retry the fee or resend the invoice once you have fixed it.
Is it compliant with Veri*Factu and TicketBAI?
Each fee goes through the same workflow as any other invoice: if your company uses Veri*Factu or TicketBAI, it is signed and reported.
Can I collect the receipts by direct debit?
Yes. With your company's SEPA details and each customer's mandate you generate the batch to upload to your bank and, once it collects, you mark it as collected. Try it first with a small batch, because every bank has its own particularities.
Can I try it for free?
Yes, with no card and no commitment: create your account and set up your first recurring invoice with your own data.
Shall we try it with your business?
Create your account and try it with your own data, no card and no commitment.
