2. What data we process and why

Contact and reseller forms. We process the data you give us (name, company, email, phone and the content of your message) to handle your inquiry or request, and to send you the information you ask for. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.

Platform accounts. If you create an account or sign up for Vectura Suite, we process your data and your company's data to provide the service you've signed up for, under the terms you accept at that time.

We also store the IP address the form is sent from, to protect the website against abuse.

Visit statistics. To find out which pages are of interest and improve the website, we count visits using our own system, with no cookies and no third-party services. For each visit we record the page, the site you came from, the device type (computer, phone or tablet), and a code that changes every day and cannot be used to identify you or track you from one day to the next; we don't store your IP address or your browser data. Visits from anyone with the «Do Not Track» option enabled in their browser are not counted. This data is anonymous and is kept for 24 months. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used.

3. Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. It may be accessed by the providers who deliver necessary services to us (hosting and email infrastructure), who act as data processors and under the safeguards required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep the data from the forms for as long as needed to handle your request, and afterward for the legal periods during which liability could arise.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to administracion@dactilplus.com, specifying which right you want to exercise. If you believe we haven't handled your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

6. Cookies

This website only uses technical cookies that are necessary for it to work (for example, the session and form protection). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and our visit counter doesn't use cookies either. To display the site, resources are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (CDNs), which may receive your IP address when serving them.
