Signed, chained ticket with a QR code
Every ticket and invoice is signed with your company's certificate, chained to the previous document and carries its QR code, on screen, on the printed ticket and on the PDF.
Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and Álava
You choose the territory in your company details and the submission goes to the relevant Hacienda Foral. In Bizkaia it is sent to Batuz inside the LROE envelope: model 240 for companies and model 140 for individuals.
The status of each submission
Under “Electronic invoicing” you see whether each document is pending, sent, accepted or has errors, with the code and the reason returned by the Hacienda Foral, and you can retry the submission in one click.
If something fails, nothing is lost
Anything that could not be sent stays pending with its reason, and is sent again once the problem is resolved. The customer gets their ticket with the QR right from the start.
Returns and cancellations
Returns are reported as a simplified corrective invoice, with its own QR. A ticket that the Hacienda Foral has already accepted is cancelled with its cancellation record, signed and sent.
Your certificate: file, card or USB
Upload your certificate in software format or the free TicketBAI device certificate. If yours lives on a card or a USB token (like those from Izenpe), a small agent on the PC signs without the key ever leaving the card.
Test mode
Practise in the Hacienda Foral's test environment, with no tax validity, before you invoice for real.

What is TicketBAI?
It is the anti-fraud system of the provincial tax authorities (Haciendas Forales) of the Basque Country: every ticket and invoice is signed, chained to the previous one, carries a QR code and is reported to the Hacienda Foral.
What is the difference between TicketBAI and Batuz?
Batuz is the programme of the Hacienda Foral of Bizkaia: it includes TicketBAI and the submission of the economic transactions ledger (LROE). In Gipuzkoa and Álava, TicketBAI applies with its own submission system. Vectura Suite covers all three territories.
Do I need a software licence?
Yes: the software needs its own TicketBAI licence. Our support team sets up the Vectura Suite licence; you only provide your company's certificate.
Does it work if my certificate is on a card?
Yes. You can use a certificate in software format, the TicketBAI device certificate or, if yours lives on a card or a USB token, the signing agent installed on the PC where the reader is.
Does it work for both hospitality and retail?
Yes. For hospitality it includes tables and orders to the kitchen and bar; for retail, a barcode scanner, returns and stock per location. In both cases, every ticket comes out with its TicketBAI.
