What is Veri*Factu?
It is the verifiable invoicing system of the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), mandatory across Spain (outside the Basque Country) before 1 January 2027 for companies and before 1 July 2027 for everyone else. Each invoice generates a record with a chained hash and a QR code.
What is TicketBAI?
It is the anti-fraud invoicing system of the provincial tax authorities (Haciendas Forales) of the Basque Country: each invoice is signed, chained to the previous one and reported to the relevant Hacienda Foral, and carries a QR code.
Is Vectura Suite compliant with Veri*Factu and TicketBAI?
Yes: Veri*Factu for the rest of Spain and TicketBAI for Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and Álava, with signature or hash, chaining, QR and submission. To invoice for real you need your electronic certificate (and, with TicketBAI, the corresponding software licence); we will help you get it up and running.
