POS for bars and restaurants: tables, orders and a paperless kitchen
Vectura Suite is a hospitality POS system that runs in the cloud, on a tablet, a phone or a computer, with nothing to install. Your waiters open the table, take the order and send it to the kitchen and the bar; you see the day's sales and close the cash register without spreadsheets.
Demo account
Fictitious data, nothing sent to the tax authority or by email. Reset every night.
What's included
Tables and open bills
A floor plan by zone (dining room, terrace, bar) showing free and occupied tables. Open a bill, add what they order, park the table and pick it up again when they order more or want to pay.
Orders to the kitchen and bar
Each category on the menu goes to its destination (kitchen, bar, desserts...). When you send, one slip is printed per destination with only what is new in each round, and it also appears on the kitchen display.
Network kitchen printers
Connect the kitchen or bar ticket printer using its IP. Choose for each destination whether the order prints automatically when you send it or only when you press "Print to kitchen".
Kitchen display
Cooks see the pending orders on a screen and mark them as ready, so the waiter knows when to collect them.
Quick payment
Cash, card and other payment methods, discounts, a bill in a customer's name and gift cards. With the G-Kiosk self-payment cash drawer, cash payments are made without touching any money.
Menu with images and colours
Large touch buttons with a photo or colour for each item, with pages if the menu is long. Notes on each line ("no onion", "rare").
Multiple locations and time tracking
Each location has its own menu, cash register and staff. A shared clock-in station with a PIN so the whole team can clock in from the same POS.
Reports and register closing
Sales by day, by payment method and by item; register closing with the expected cash and the counted cash.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install any software?
No. Vectura Suite runs in the browser and can be installed as an app on the home screen of a tablet, a phone or a computer. Only if you use network printers in the kitchen is a small printing service left running on a computer on the premises.
Can I print the order in the kitchen?
Yes. Each destination (kitchen, bar...) can have its own network printer and decide whether it prints automatically when the order is sent or only with a manual button.
Does it work for multiple locations?
Yes. Each location has its own menu, cash register, stock and users within the same account.
Can staff clock in from the same POS?
Yes, with the shared clock-in station: each employee taps their name and clocks in with their PIN, without logging anyone out.
How much does it cost?
There are POS plans from a low monthly fee, with a discount if you sign up for one, two or three years. See the prices and try it free, no card needed.
Shall we try it with your business?
Create your account and try it with your own data, no card and no commitment.
